We have successfully executed over 30 transactions, from helping local SME's to offshore clients with deal sizes up to US$10b. Our deal acumen has resulted in close, long term relationships being formed at a Board / CEO level with Corporates, Private Equity and Sovereign Funds, both in NZ and in North America, Europe and Asia. Previously a Director at ASB Corporate, KPMG and Group CFO of Tony Quinn Family Office he has successfully completed over twenty transactions with deal sizes up to NZ$500m. Nick has dealt with CEOs, Boards and Principals for Corporates, Family Offices, Private Equity
